1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on ResidentConnect, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Students — must be NEET-PG aspirants or candidates who are at least 18 years old.
Residents / Mentors / Consultants — must be registered medical professionals currently enrolled in or having completed a recognised PG medical programme in India.
All users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

3. Platform Role

ResidentConnect acts as an intermediary marketplace. We facilitate introductions between students and medical professionals. We are not a party to the conversations or advice exchanged, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome from a session.

4. Sessions & Payments

Session fees are displayed before checkout and are non-negotiable.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By completing a payment, you also agree to Razorpay’s Terms of Service.
Refund policy: Refunds are available only if the resident cancels the session or fails to attend. No refund is issued for student no-shows. Disputed refunds must be raised within 48 hours of the scheduled session by emailing residentconnectwork@gmail.com.

5. Code of Conduct

All users must:

Be respectful, professional, and truthful in all interactions.
Not share, record, or distribute session content without explicit consent from all parties.
Not use the platform to solicit business, advertise coaching services, or collect personal contact details outside the platform.
Not impersonate any person or misrepresent professional qualifications.

Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Resident Obligations

Residents must ensure that their profile information — college, specialty, and designation — is accurate at all times.
Residents must attend confirmed sessions punctually or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Residents must not give any advice that constitutes regulated medical advice beyond the scope of the session (career guidance, college selection, residency experience sharing).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including the rank catalog, UI, and branding — is owned by ResidentConnect and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResidentConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of (or inability to use) the platform, including any reliance placed on information shared during sessions.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [your city], India.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after notification of changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
